簡介：痛失愛妻的安藤孝則（瀨戶康史 飾）將女兒凪（平澤宏路路 飾）托付給正研讀臨床心理學的妹妹楓子（瀧本美織 飾）撫養。楓子盡心竭力，但是凪孤僻自閉，從不向任何人敞開心扉，還經常畫一些可怕的畫。與此同時，一度甚囂塵上的詛咒視頻再度流行，接連有人自殺身亡，事態嚴重引起了警方關注。楓子突然發現，似乎曾經觸怒過凪的人都會成為詛咒視頻的犧牲者。種種不安促使她探尋哥哥和嫂子過去的秘密，進而發現了關于貞子的恐怖線索和知情人。　　事態愈演愈烈，犧牲者也愈來愈多，被卷入漩渦中央的楓子，如何才能終止貞子綿亙多年的可怕詛咒？
